Boot Camp for Women
Offered in a group setting my boot camp for women is a combination of cardio, core and strength building exercises. It is great for those who want to improve their cardiovascular fitness and muscular endurance in a short period.
Classes are on Monday and Wednesday @4pm and 7pm. All classes are at St. Matthew Catholic High School in Orleans.

Group personal training for women focuses on resistance training. It is suited for those who would like to compliment their own cardiovascular fitness with a weight-training program. In this course you will learn how to perform proper weight training techniques, learn the principles of progressive overload and work all the major muscle groups.
Classes are on Monday and Wednesday at 5:00 pm. All classes are at St. Matthew Catholic High School in Orleans.

By tracking your intake for one week I will assess your overall nutrition and eating habits. I will give you concise feedback on your current eating habits and determine your caloric needs. I will identify your macro nutrient needs and give you a sample nutrition plan to get you started. I will show you several nutrition tracking tools to help you along the way.
