Because of the course, I was able to realize how unhealthy I really was. Monique pushed me to the point where I was ready to give up, because it was so hard, but it's because of her that I now have endurance. I was looking for a class that I could tone and learn about the machines. I was a little apprehensive as I had never been to a weight class before and was looking for a class for average people looking to get into shape, not full sculptured bodies for the “runway”. As I walked in the door, the cleanliness, atmosphere and the people sold me right away. Over the weeks, Monique (instructor) made sure everyone was instructed properly on EVERY machine, we learned where our limits for lifting weights was and how to increase our weight amount successfully without feeling like a failure. This was my first session and thoroughly enjoyed it, no pain, no gain!! I believe my success is in conjunction with the coaching of the instructor and Monique did a great job.Rebecca

Je me considère en bonne forme physique , je joue au hockey au squash au golf et j'arbitre la ringuette plusieurs fois semaine pendant l'hiver. Cet été, j'ai participé au bootcamp de Monique. J'ai découvert des muscles que je ne connaissait pas. Malgré ma bonne forme physique, ce qui m'a le plus fasciné c'est que toute les participantes étaient au même niveau lors des premiers cours... Nous devions maitriser les exercices pour ensuite maximiser nos efforts. Cet automne, je vais prendre son cour de musculation. Je réalise que j'ai beaucoup à apprendre sur la forme physique.
